We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Auto Body Disassembly Technician to join our team. If you like working with your hands, taking things apart the right way, and being a key part of a fast-moving collision shop—this is a great opportunity.
This role is critical to our process. A strong disassembly tech helps us write better estimates, avoid missed damage, and keep repairs moving efficiently.
The Automotive Body Technician will be responsible for:

Carefully disassemble damaged vehicles for repair and estimating

Identify hidden damage and communicate with estimators and techs

Tag, label, and organize parts for accurate reassembly

Protect undamaged areas of the vehicle

Assist in building complete and accurate repair plans

Keep your workspace clean and organized

Follow all shop safety procedures
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS

5 years body shop experience strongly preferred (not required)

Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required.

Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment.
