Position Summary:
As an Auto Body Technician, you'll play a key role in restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition with precision and pride. You'll be responsible for performing body repairs according to company standards, timelines, and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess and evaluate vehicle damage to develop a repair plan

Perform high-quality repairs that meet or exceed expectations

Communicate effectively with management and team members on repair status
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
-
Use tools and equipment responsibly and keep them in proper working condition

Wear and maintain required safety equipment at all times
-
Support teammates as needed, jumping in where your expertise is valuable

Stay up to date with industry safety and environmental regulations
Qualifications:
-
13 years of experience in collision repair
-
Strong understanding of vehicle structure and repair techniques
-
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 70 lbs
-
Comfortable with physical demands such as kneeling, crawling, and standing for extended periods
-
High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a production environment
Preferred Credentials:

Valid Drivers License
-
I-CAR and/or ASE Certification
