Bilingual Workers’ Compensation Paralegal (English/Spanish)

Seeking a Bilingual Workers’ Compensation Paralegal to support attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment. This role will manage cases from start to finish while providing strong client communication and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities Manage a high-volume workers’ comp caseload Communicate with clients (English & Spanish), attorneys, adjusters, and medical providers Maintain and organize case files in a case management system Draft and submit workers’ compensation forms (ICMS preferred) Track medical updates, work status, and supporting documentation Assist with litigation prep (pleadings, discovery, etc.) Schedule depositions, mediations, and client meetings Manage attorney calendars and deadlines Requirements 3 years of Workers’ Compensation experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills High attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with legal case management systems What You’ll Get $65K–$75K base salary Health, Dental, Vision 401(k) Stable, full-time onsite role Ideal Background Workers’ comp (plaintiff or defense) Comfortable handling multiple cases at once Strong communicator with Spanish-speaking clients Detail-oriented and deadline-driven,
