The Title Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of title operations by assisting with processing, title clearance, commitment production, and customer coordination. This is not a sales or closing position—it’s a critical support function that helps the team deliver efficient, accurate service to clients.
What You’ll Do Provide administrative and operational support to the title team, examiners, and processors Assist with title commitment production, preparation, and delivery Support title clearance efforts, including gathering required documents and resolving outstanding items Coordinate with customers, lenders, and internal staff to ensure timely communication and information flow Perform data entry, document review, and file management within title software systems Monitor and follow up on open items to help move files toward completion Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry regulations Provide general support to help the team meet deadlines and client expectations
What You’ll Bring Prior experience in the title insurance industry (processing, title clearance, production, or customer coordination) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with title software and Microsoft Office Suite (preferred) Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist wherever needed
