The Territory Implementation Specialist is responsible for managing client relationships and leading the onboarding and implementation of title and registration compliance software for automotive dealerships.
This role provides a combination of on-site and remote client support, including training, troubleshooting, process improvement, and long-term customer success initiatives.
Travel Requirements: Approximately 80% travel, primarily within the assigned state/region.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete client onboarding and software implementation process
- Provide ongoing training and support to dealership personnel after launch
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues both on-site and remotely
- Utilize CRM and business intelligence tools to monitor performance and improve processes
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention
- Conduct virtual training sessions using web conferencing platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams through tools such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, and SharePoint
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, or SaaS/software solutions
- Experience delivering virtual training and client education sessions
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset
- Automotive dealership or DMV industry experience preferred
- Salesforce.com experience is a plus
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 80%
