- Pay: $17.50–$21.00/hour, based on experience
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–7:00 PM
- Weekend Schedule: Rotating Saturdays the 1st of every month
- Key Requirements: Medical billing preferred, MS Office/Excel, data entry, strong customer service

What You’ll Do
- Verify patient insurance eligibility.
- Enter charges accurately and efficiently.
- Initiate private-pay collections after insurance cancellations, denials, or other issues.
- Process and follow up on payer denials.
- Communicate with patients and/or families regarding billing when needed.
- Research and resolve client billing issues.
- Complete monthly closings and invoices.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- High school diploma/GED required; college degree preferred.
- Previous medical billing experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent customer service skills and professional phone manner.
- Intermediate data-entry skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn.
- Punctual and dependable.
- $17.50–$21.00/hour, based on experience.
- Full-time position.
- 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday.
