Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to support customer accounts, manage inquiries, process orders, and coordinate deliveries in a technical or manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication, account management, and ERP/CRM system experience.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries, including technical and commercial requests Prepare quotations, pricing, and RFQ responses Maintain customer pricing and account information Process sales orders, order confirmations, invoices, and shipping documentation Coordinate lead times, delivery schedules, and customer updates Utilize ERP and CRM systems for accurate order tracking and account management Support military and technical customer accounts Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction Attend domestic industry events as needed Qualifications: 5 years of customer service, account management, or sales support experience Technical degree or related background preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar Experience with ERP systems such as Sage, SAP, or similar platforms preferred Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience: Experience supporting customers in military, defense, aerospace, manufacturing, or technical industries Comfortable working with technical products and cross-functional teams Ability to travel domestically on occasion (approximately 5%)
