This is a field-based sales role driving Chronic and IVIG referrals, growing territory revenue, and building strong provider relationships. What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive Chronic and IVIG patient referrals across your territory
- Build and manage relationships with clinics, physicians, and payors
- Identify and close new business opportunities
- Partner with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and ops to ensure smooth patient transitions
- Own your territory strategy and hit revenue goals
- Analyze performance and adjust approach to grow market share
- Handle client issues quickly to maintain strong relationships
- Support managed care and pricing initiatives
- Track activity, calls, and expenses What They’re Looking For
- 2 years in infusion, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare sales
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of reimbursement and healthcare sales cycles preferred
- Highly organized and self-directed in a field-based role
