The Role
We’re looking for a driven, consultative Sales Representative to grow the company’s footprint across Atlanta-area multifamily and property management companies.
You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, educating decision-makers, and closing new accounts by clearly showing how their technology saves time, reduces risk, and accelerates outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in relationship-based B2B sales, is comfortable talking operations and compliance (we can train you on this) and enjoys being in the field.
What You’ll Do Prospect and build relationships with Atlanta property managers, regional managers, and asset managers Conduct in-person and virtual demos of the company’s platform and services Understand client workflows and position the company as a process upgrade—not just a vendor Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, demo, proposal, close Attend industry events, property visits, and networking opportunities Collaborate with operations and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client handoffs Track activity and pipeline in CRM
What They're Looking For 2 years of B2B sales experience (property management, legal services, SaaS, or fintech a plus) Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex processes simply Comfort selling to operations-focused buyers Self-starter mentality with strong follow-through Familiarity with multifamily property management is a major plus Atlanta market knowledge preferred
