Mid-Market Account Executive – Human Capital Management Solutions
Location: Pleasanton, CA
Compensation: $80K–$95K base uncapped commission | $140K 1st Year OTE

As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you’ll drive new business by selling a comprehensive HR solution that combines SaaS cloud technology, labor law compliance, and dedicated HR experts to help business owners streamline operations, stay compliant, and focus on growth.
What You’ll Do
Hunt and close new mid-market accounts (50–150 employees) within your territory
Conduct consultative, ROI-driven conversations with Presidents, CEOs, and CFOs
Collaborate with internal payroll partners and CPA networks for qualified referrals
Maintain an active pipeline: 75–100 touches weekly, 8 appointments, and 1–2 deals monthly
Represent an award-winning organization with over seven years of double-digit growth
