- Pastry operations across restaurants, events, retail, and centralized production
- Menu direction, product consistency, and presentation standards
- Food cost, labor, waste, and operational efficiency
- High-volume event execution and VIP experiences
- Leadership, development, and performance of pastry teams Key Responsibilities
- Establish and enforce pastry standards across all outlets
- Approve menus, seasonal offerings, and retail product lines
- Standardize recipes, production methods, and presentation
- Oversee commissary production and multi-outlet distribution
- Ensure compliance with food safety and HACCP standards
- Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Identify opportunities to improve margins and efficiency
- Recruit, mentor, and develop pastry leadership teams
- Support large-scale events, activations, and special programming
- Collaborate cross-functionally with F&B, hotel operations, and events teams What They’re Looking For
- 8–10 years of progressive pastry leadership experience
- Experience in high-volume, resort, or multi-unit environments
- Strong financial and operational acumen
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance
- Experience supporting large-scale or event-driven operations
- Culinary degree preferred
