Job Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise daily activities of production and operations staff
Develop and manage daily production schedules to meet operational goals
Assign production tasks to appropriate teams and personnel
Process and manage production orders as directed by plant leadership
Inspect materials and equipment to identify malfunctions or operational issues
Oversee maintenance protocols for production machinery and equipment
Ensure strict adherence to shop tickets and project specifications
Monitor production quality and output to meet company standards
Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and product quality
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or a related field
Strong knowledge of production tools, equipment, and manufacturing processes
Demonstrated leadership and team supervision experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual In English And Spanish Required
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
