What You’ll Do New Business Development Lead discovery conversations to assess client needs and solution fit Drive prospecting and executive-level relationship building Qualify opportunities and shape solution approach Lead proposals, pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and deal closure Account Growth Build long-term client relationships that lead to multi-year engagements Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts Support early delivery phases to ensure strong client experience What Success Looks Like

Develop deep understanding of services, clients, and market positioning Evaluate existing accounts for growth opportunities Build initial pipeline and establish reporting structure
First Year
Build a consistent, qualified pipeline Establish repeatable sales processes Close key deals that validate go-to-market strategy Deliver predictable pipeline visibility to leadership Required Experience 10 years in business development or enterprise sales within: Custom software development Systems engineering Professional/technical services Proven success closing complex, consultative deals Experience building pipeline from prospecting through close Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies and CRM tools Excellent communication, executive presence, and relationship-building skills Preferred Background Experience in financial services, fintech, logistics, or retail Experience selling non-product, custom-built solutions Compensation Competitive base salary Performance-based commission Significant earning potential for high performers ,
