Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a new home residential Production Manager located in Clayton, NC. The Production Manager will oversee daily construction operations, manage project timelines, and ensure that projects are completed and according to specifications. Responsibilities include coordinating with teams, supervising contractors, ensuring quality control, adherence to safety standards, and addressing any challenges or risks that arise during construction. The Production Manager will work collaboratively with Builders to meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management skills, including the ability to coordinate and motivate diverse teams
• Project management experience with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Proficiency in construction management principles, methods, and technologies
• Familiarity with budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interpret construction blueprints, plans, and technical documents
• Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations within the construction industry
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred
• Flooring installation experience preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry is highly desirable
