Job Responsibilities: Set up and operate welding and grinding equipment Load and unload machinery during production cycles Perform grinding using machines and hand tools Conduct quality inspections using gauges and measuring tools Inspect finished products for defects Maintain production efficiency and safety standards Support general manufacturing operations
Qualifications: Experience in manufacturing, production, or metalworking preferred Welding experience is a plus but not required Ability to use measuring tools (tape measure, micrometers, calipers) Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
