We’re seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative (Key Account Executive) to cultivate, retain, and grow client relationships within our key accounts portfolio. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at relationship building, and consistently delivers results. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned clients, ensuring their ongoing success while identifying opportunities for growth and revenue expansion.
Responsibilities: Serve as the main liaison for a dedicated book of business, ensuring a high-quality, personalized client experience. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to drive retention and growth. Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve client issues quickly and effectively. Leverage CRM tools to track interactions, manage pipelines, and monitor account performance. Stay informed on industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to deliver strategic insights and value to clients. Conduct regular account reviews and business development meetings—both in person and virtually. Travel within your assigned territory (approximately 50%) to meet clients, build relationships, and pursue new opportunities. Flexibly manage your schedule to align with client needs and ensure timely support.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. 2–3 years of experience in outside sales, account management, or customer success. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and maintain client satisfaction. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Pipedrive preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. A customer-obsessed mindset, data-driven approach, and ability to adapt to changing priorities. Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned region.,
