Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Develop and implement policies that uphold care standards and support staff development.
Manage budgeting and financial resources to maximize efficiency.
Evaluate and guide staff performance to enhance team effectiveness.
Foster a supportive, inclusive environment for residents, families, and staff.
Represent the facility in top-level meetings and community interactions.

Qualifications
Active Nursing Home Administrator license in Indiana.
Knowledge of current state and federal long-term care (LTC) regulations.
Minimum of 3 years of healthcare administration experience (LTC experience preferred).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
