What You’ll Do
- Provide compassionate care to patients with chronic and acute pain
- Conduct thorough assessments and physical exams
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Develop and manage tailored treatment plans
- Prescribe medications in accordance with clinical guidelines
- Coordinate interventional procedures as needed
- Educate patients and families on pain management strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
- Work closely with physicians and support staff to ensure quality care
- Active NP or PA license in Massachusetts
- Eagerness to learn: new graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Passion for long-term patient care and collaborative teamwork
- Exposure to pain management, orthopedics, neurology, or primary care
- EMR experience
- Bilingual skills
- Salary range: $125,000–$140,000 (based on experience)
