Our client is seeking a full-time Senior Operations Associate with at least 7 years of investment operations experience to join the team in Melville, NY. This is an in-office role supporting their growing SEC-registered RIA. Ideal candidates will bring steady tenure, strong attention to detail, and relevant FINRA licensing.
Salary
$75,000–$85,000 base discretionary bonus benefits
Job Responsibilities
You’ll provide daily operational support for our advisory team, handling new account onboarding, trade reconciliation, portfolio maintenance, data integrity, and compliance documentation. This is a hands-on role that requires deep knowledge of investment operations and the ability to work closely with advisors, custodians, and back-office platforms.
Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of experience in investment operations (RIA experience preferred). FINRA licensing required (Series 7, 99, SIE, or similar). Must have a clean BrokerCheck record. Strong organizational skills, tenure, and reliability are key.
Preferred Attributes
Solid knowledge of custodial and trading platforms, especially Schwab. Detail-oriented, task-driven, collaborative, and tech-savvy. Looking for someone who wants to grow with the firm—not job-hop.
