Outside Sales Executive – B2B Technology Solutions
Location: Montgomery County, MD; Carroll/Howard County, MD; Baltimore Metro (Hybrid – 1 day/week in office)
Compensation: $50,000 base salary uncapped commission (First-Year OTE: $80,000–$115,000 )

With over 20 years in the market and thousands of active clients, they have built a reputation around long-term relationships and a “service-first” approach.
Due to growth, our client is expanding their sales team across multiple Maryland territories and is seeking motivated, driven individuals who want to build a long-term career in B2B sales.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career or with 1–3 years of experience who wants to be trained and developed and earn a six-figure income.
Position Overview
This is a true outside sales role focused on developing new business within a defined territory. You will be prospecting, building relationships with business owners and decision-makers, and selling a range of technology solutions. This role combines cold outreach, warm leads, and account development.
Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business within an assigned territory Conduct in-person meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations Identify client needs and present tailored technology solutions Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close (avg. ~30 days) Maintain CRM activity, pipeline, and customer data Leverage marketing leads, CRM data, and prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, HubSpot, autodialer) Build long-term relationships with SMB owners and decision-makers
Qualifications 1–3 years of B2B sales, business development, or customer-facing experience (preferred) Open to entry-level candidates with strong drive and communication skills Comfortable with in-person prospecting and field-based sales activity Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset Interest in technology, IT services, or office solutions
