The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and task-focused Deal Operations Analyst to support our deal teams across M&A transactions, investment banking processes, and deal execution workflows. This role is well-suited for individuals with experience in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction services, business operations, or project management environments who are interested in a process-oriented execution role.

This position is centered on process-driven execution and live engagement support. You will play a key role in moving transactions forward by managing buyer outreach, maintaining CRM accuracy, distributing materials, and coordinating workflows across multiple concurrent deals. Bundy Group is expanding its New York-based office, and this role will be part of that growth—offering the opportunity to contribute meaningfully as the firm continues to scale. Recognized on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies, the firm combines a strong growth trajectory with a long-standing track record in M&A advisory.

This is a high-performance environment. Individuals who demonstrate strong execution, initiative, reliability, and ownership will quickly earn increased responsibility and become a trusted part of the deal team as the firm continues to grow.
