Internal Mortgage Loan Originator – Consumer Direct Division
Compensation: $18/hour commission (production-based) full benefits overtime available

Overview
Our client, a nationally recognized mortgage lender, is expanding its high-performance Consumer Direct Division — a centralized, lead-driven platform designed for Loan Originators who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
This role offers inbound lead flow, a streamlined origination process, and the opportunity to succeed in a modern, performance-driven structure that rewards strong conversion and production.
What Makes This Role Different
This is not traditional retail lending. With a marketing engine focused on speed and conversion, originators here average 1–1.4 offers to close, compared to the industry standard of 8.5. This results in higher close ratios, faster commissions, and more time focused on closing.
What You Will Do
Work inbound leads generated by digital marketing, direct mail, and referral networks (no cold calling)
Collect Borrower Data, Complete Loan Applications, And Handle Pre-qualifications
Advise borrowers on loan programs, underwriting requirements, and disclosures
Maintain proactive communication with borrowers, processors, and team leads
Provide credit guidance and restructuring strategies when necessary
Ensure compliance with TILA, RESPA, ECOA, and lending regulations
Meet or exceed monthly closing and funding benchmarks
What You Will Bring
Bilingual English/Spanish fluency (Required)
Recent Consumer Direct Lending Experience Preferred And Strongly Prioritized
Active NMLS license (multi-state preferred)
Strong phone-based sales and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple files accurately and efficiently
Familiarity with Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM products
A goal-oriented, metrics-driven mindset
