A rapidly growing specialty infusion pharmacy is seeking a Specialty Infusion Sales Representative to drive business growth across North Florida and Georgia. This field-based role is responsible for developing referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, infusion centers, and case management teams while promoting IVIG, biologics, and TPN services. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven healthcare sales professional seeking autonomy, growth potential, and high earning potential.
Job Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with neurologists, immunologists, rheumatologists, hematologists, gastroenterologists, surgeons, hospital discharge planners, and case managers Promote specialty infusion services including IVIG, infused biologics, and TPN Identify, onboard, and grow new referral sources and infusion accounts Educate providers and staff on therapy access, reimbursement processes, and patient support services Partner with intake, pharmacy, and reimbursement teams to ensure smooth therapy starts Execute territory sales strategies and consistently meet or exceed revenue goals Maintain CRM activity, pipeline reporting, and territory planning Travel extensively throughout North Florida and Georgia for client meetings and account development
Qualifications
Required: 3 years of pharmaceutical, infusion, home infusion, or specialty pharmacy sales experience Experience calling on infusion centers, hospitals, or specialty physician offices Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota Strong understanding of reimbursement and payer dynamics Ability to travel up to 90% within territory Valid driver’s license Strongly Preferred: Experience selling IVIG, biologics, and/or TPN therapies Clinical background such as RN, NP, PA, PharmD, or BS in Pharmacy Existing provider relationships in North Florida and Georgia Experience working with hospital discharge planners and case management teams ,
