The position will work heavily with onsite management and the leaders of other business units. Key Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition strategy, hiring processes, and recruiting metrics for assigned business units
- Analyze talent data and present scorecards with recommendations to strengthen culture, retention, and performance
- Coach leaders on talent development, employee relations, compliance, and organizational effectiveness
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles, ensuring timely placement of quality candidates
- Oversee employee relations investigations, including complaints, performance concerns, and workplace issues
- Guide managers through performance improvement and corrective action processes
- Develop and execute succession planning, engagement initiatives, and recognition programs
- Manage HR team members supporting recruiting and HR administration
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and support compliance reporting
- Deliver management training and oversee new employee onboarding
- Coordinate internal and external training programs
- Support companywide initiatives such as culture surveys and special projects
- Perform additional HR duties as needed Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of HR generalist experience with strong employee relations background
- 3 years of recruiting experience across multiple channels (ATS, job boards, social media, agencies, networking)
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Management or leadership experience required
- PHR/SHRM-CP certification a plus Skills & Competencies
- Strong customer service orientation
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent time management and ability to work independently
- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
