What You'll Be Responsible For
- Leading all manufacturing operations across production, quality, maintenance, engineering, warehouse, planning, and sanitation
- Driving operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Managing plant financial performance, budgets, labor, inventory, and capital projects
- Ensuring compliance with GMP, FDA, OSHA, and quality standards
- Developing leadership teams and building a culture of accountability, safety, and performance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Operations Management, or a related field
- 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience
- 5 years in a senior plant leadership role
- Experience in wet wipes, personal care, hygiene products, nonwovens, converting, CPG, cosmetics, OTC
