Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our paid media function for a rapidly scaling luxury automotive brand. This is a turnaround and optimization role focused on transforming existing paid marketing efforts into a disciplined, measurable, and profitable revenue engine.
Our vehicles start at $300,000 , and we have built an organic audience of over 4 million followers. Brand awareness is strong. The ideal candidate will bring structure, accountability, advanced tracking, and performance discipline to every marketing dollar spent.
Job Responsibilities
Own the full paid media strategy and execution across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok, programmatic, and other relevant platforms.
Audit and restructure existing paid infrastructure including ad accounts, pixels, tracking, attribution, campaign architecture, and audience segmentation.
Identify wasted spend, broken tracking, underperforming campaigns, and inefficiencies — and systematically correct them.
Manage significant monthly ad budgets with clear ROI accountability and measurable performance benchmarks.
Build and optimize high-converting funnels from ad click to landing page to lead capture to sales handoff.
Develop retargeting and long-cycle nurture strategies appropriate for $300K purchase decisions.
Create structured testing frameworks for audiences, creative, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
Develop and manage paid search campaigns targeting high-intent luxury vehicle buyers.
Build lookalike and high-net-worth audience models leveraging existing customer and social data.
Partner with internal creative and social teams to produce performance-driven ad assets that maintain luxury brand standards.
Implement clear reporting dashboards connecting spend to qualified leads, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, and revenue contribution.
Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Manage vendor and platform relationships and evaluate tools that improve efficiency and attribution accuracy.
Qualifications
Required:
4–6 years of hands-on paid media management experience with substantial monthly budgets (ideally $350K /month).
Demonstrated success driving measurable results for high-ticket, high-consideration products or services.
Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), plus at least one additional platform (TikTok, LinkedIn, or programmatic).
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and attribution modeling.
Experience building and optimizing landing pages and full-funnel conversion journeys.
Proven experience managing marketing budgets with clear ROI and cost-per-acquisition accountability.
Preferred
Experience marketing luxury products such as high-end automotive, real estate, aviation, fine jewelry, or other premium categories targeting high-net-worth individuals.
Experience with CRM-integrated marketing and closed-loop reporting.
Familiarity with programmatic advertising and demand-side platforms.
Experience with structured A/B testing frameworks and statistical optimization.
Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
