Position Overview
This is a pure sales position—no ongoing client servicing is required. You'll receive qualified leads, a structured sales process, extensive training, and full back-end support from a CFP®-led advisory team. Your role is to guide prospective clients through a consultative financial discovery process, present the firm’s value proposition, and close new business.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls daily to contact warm, qualified leads using firm-provided dialer and CRM tools
Qualify prospects and schedule phone or Zoom appointments
Conduct structured financial consultations to identify planning and investment opportunities
Present firm offerings using a scripted presentation deck
Follow up, close new business, and coordinate account transfer with internal support teams
Maintain accurate and timely records in the CRM system
Consistently meet or exceed weekly activity and sales production targets
Qualifications
Series 65 or 66 license; must be registerable in Florida
Proven success in financial services sales with a clean U4
Backgrounds welcomed: RIA producers, brokerage/FINRA reps, life/annuity producers, financial call center reps
CFP® certification a plus
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and coachable mindset
Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a passion for helping families achieve financial security
