Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate executive travel
- Screen, prioritize, and manage executive communications including email and requests
- Prepare and process expense reports with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive business information
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by executives
- Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, board sessions, and corporate events
- Serve as liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholders
- Manage office supplies and support needs for the corporate support center
- Act as point of contact for property management and office coordination matters
- Ten plus years of experience supporting senior executives in a corporate environment
- Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Proactive problem solving mindset
- Adaptability and resilience under pressure
Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
