Role Summary
We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Document Controller to create, manage, and maintain production documentation. This role standardizes handcrafted assembly processes, supports consistent quality, and enables scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities Develop SOPs, work instructions, and visual process documentation Capture hands-on processes from technicians and craftsmen Manage document control systems, revision history, and approval workflows Maintain SharePoint libraries and documentation structure Support process documentation for new vehicle models and custom-builds
Qualifications 5 years in manufacturing documentation (automotive preferred) Experience in custom, specialty, or low-volume production settings Strong technical writing and visual documentation skills Proficiency with PowerPoint and SharePoint Organized, detail-oriented, and process-focused
Preferred Spanish language ability Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or ERP documentation Familiarity with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 Lean or Six Sigma certification
