What You’ll Own
- Lead strategy and execution of all special events across the property
- Produce large-scale luxury experiences including galas, NYE, and Food & Wine events
- Execute complex events on aggressive timelines
- Partner with marketing, operations, and hospitality teams
- Own budgets, vendors, logistics, and timelines end-to-end
- Manage VIP events, sponsors, and key partnerships
- Lead and develop the events team
- Drive ticket sales and room revenue
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3 years of large-scale event experience in hospitality or similar environments
- Proven experience executing special events (not catering or conferences)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and logistics
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
