Business Litigation Attorney | Lead Complex Commercial Cases with Global Reach
Compensation: Salary range: $140,000 – $200,000 (negotiable) bonus

Our client, a boutique firm specializing in international business litigation and M&A, is seeking a Business Litigation Attorney to lead its litigation department. With a caseload that spans contract disputes, shareholder conflicts, commercial collections, and IP infringement, this is an opportunity to manage sophisticated matters for a diverse international client base.
This role is ideal for an attorney with 5–10 years of experience in business litigation who thrives in high-stakes environments and wants hands-on involvement in complex, trial-ready cases.
What You’ll Do: Manage a litigation docket of 10–20 active matters Handle cases involving: Breach of contract (plaintiff and defense) Shareholder and partnership disputes Commercial debt recovery Intellectual property infringement Represent clients in court, mediation, arbitration, and at trial Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements Advise international business clients on litigation strategy and risk Collaborate with bilingual in-house legal staff and expert witnesses Stay current on legal developments in commercial and cross-border litigation What We’re Looking For: 5–10 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active license to practice in California Strong research and written advocacy skills Courtroom presence and ability to manage trial preparation Cultural sensitivity and experience working with international clients Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively Why Join This Firm?
