Responsibilities

- Manage all aspects of consumer bankruptcy cases from initial consultation through discharge Analyze financial documents, debts, exemptions, and eligibility to determine the best filing approach Draft, review, and file bankruptcy petitions, schedules, repayment plans, and related motions Advise clients on case progress, trustee communication, creditor interactions, and court requirements Collaborate with and mentor support staff to ensure accurate case preparation and efficient workflow Develop case strategies tailored to each client’s financial situation and applicable bankruptcy laws Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law in Arizona (multi-state licensing a plus) Member in good standing with the State Bar Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide a team toward successful outcomes Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong organizational and time-management abilities Resourceful, adaptable, and quick learner Prior experience in personal injury or insurance defense required Bilingual skills are a plus Benefits Competitive base salary with monthly bonus potential Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid parental leave Flexible spending accounts Paid time off and holidays Opportunities to participate in firm-sponsored volunteer initiatives,
