Compensation & Benefits: Our client offers a competitive hourly rate of $30-35/hr. Position Summary
This role works in the Service Department to diagnose, repair, and maintain DTNA and vendor vehicles in line with dealership and manufacturer standards. Duties include reviewing repair orders, identifying and fixing malfunctions, ordering and handling parts, documenting work, performing inspections, and ensuring vehicles are clean and secure. Technicians use OEM diagnostic tools, follow safety regulations, and stay up to date with training.
Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and accurately. Review repair orders for correct details (VIN, mileage, payment/warranty status). Use approved diagnostic software and troubleshooting methods. Coordinate with parts department and service team for needed components. Perform inspections and identify additional repair needs. Document all work clearly and completely. Keep tools, equipment, and work areas safe and organized. Participate in ongoing manufacturer training. Comply with all safety, environmental, and company policies. Requirements: Ability to lift up to 120 lbs and perform frequent bending and twisting. Associate degree or technical training preferred; equivalent experience accepted. 2–4 years related experience. Complete Daimler Trucks and Detroit Diesel certification within one year. Strong reading, writing, math, and problem-solving skills. Maintain a clean, professional appearance.,
