AH-64E Instructor

A growing defense contractor is seeking a AH-64E Instructor/Operator to support an international military aviation training program.
This is a high-impact opportunity for experienced Apache pilots who excel in instruction, simulation, and operational readiness. You'll be responsible for training and educating on the AH-64E Apache Longbow and simulator systems under a long-term, fully funded contract.
What You’ll Do
Deliver advanced instruction using the AH-64E LCT simulator, including day/night/NVG scenarios and mission profiles.
Support mission briefings, simulator scheduling, training documentation, and evaluation reports.
Conduct simulator pre-/post-flight checks and operational readiness inspections.
Provide aircrew grading, feedback, and documentation per U.S. Army/host nation standards.
Develop SOPs, training materials, and instructional content for aircrew simulation training.
Serve as SME on AH-64E flight systems, emergency procedures, and IOS operations.
Liaise with aviation commands, ensuring consistent training delivery.
Recommend hardware/software improvements and maintain current technical knowledge.
Provide IOS control for training scenarios, weather, fault insertion, and ATC emulation.
What You Bring
Certified AH-64E Instructor Pilot with documented flight simulator experience.
Prior experience with AH-64E LCT and Instructor Operator Station (IOS) systems.
10 years of supervisory and/or simulation training experience.
Expertise in aviation training SOP development and execution.
Strong interpersonal, writing, and problem-solving skills.
U.S. citizenship and valid passport required.
Must hold a certification from Ft. Novosel (formerly Ft. Rucker).
