Account Executive – Infusion Therapy Services
Location: Greater Springfield, MA
Compensation: ~$130K–$160K base salary up to $225,000 in Year 1
Our client, a growing healthcare organization specializing in infusion therapy, is seeking a driven Account Executive to expand service adoption across key specialties including IVIG, GI, Neurology, Dermatology, Immunology, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and more. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who understands the healthcare landscape and thrives on building strong provider relationships.
What You’ll Do Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted medical specialties across Springfield, MA and surrounding areas. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinic decision-makers, and other key stakeholders. Stay current on the infusion therapy market, competitor offerings, and emerging trends to strategically position services. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to each clinic’s unique needs. Partner with internal teams by sharing client insights and feedback to ensure alignment with customer needs. Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals. Maintain accurate reporting of sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting for senior leadership. Continuously deepen knowledge of GI, Neurology, Dermatology, and Rheumatoid Arthritis clinic environments to better understand client demands. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field. 3 years of healthcare sales experience focused on IVIG, GI, Neurology, Dermatology, and Rheumatoid Arthritis clinics. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Ability to travel regularly within the designated territory.
