$21–$24/hour | Full-Time | Monday–Saturday, 8am–4pm
We are a rapidly growing supplement company manufacturing premium creatine gummies, and we're looking for an extremely reliable, hardworking, and FAST worker to join our production team.
This is a hands-on production position. A large part of your day will involve repetitive physical tasks like demolding gummies, bagging product, preparing materials, cleaning your work area, and helping keep production moving.
Speed matters in this role. We need someone who naturally works with urgency, is fast with their hands, and can complete repetitive tasks quickly without sacrificing accuracy or quality.
Experience in food or manufacturing is helpful, but work ethic, speed, and reliability are more important.
What We're Looking For
1. Extremely Reliable & Punctual
This is one of the most important requirements.
Our production line depends on every team member being there and ready to work at the scheduled start time.
You need to show up on time, every scheduled day, and communicate in advance whenever possible if something prevents you from coming in.
If you frequently call out, arrive late, or have difficulty maintaining a consistent schedule, this position will not be a good fit.
2. FAST Worker
We move quickly, and we're specifically looking for someone who can keep up.
Many tasks involve working quickly with your hands—demolding hundreds of gummies, bagging finished product, moving trays, preparing materials, and completing repetitive production tasks efficiently.
We want someone who naturally finds the fastest way to get something done while still doing it correctly.
3. Strong Work Ethic
This is an active, hands-on job.
When there's work to do, you move with urgency. You don't stand around waiting to be given another task—you look for what needs to be done and get started.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in being one of the hardest-working people on the team.
4. Detail-Oriented
Moving fast doesn't mean being careless.
You'll need to follow production procedures, correctly count and package product, inspect gummies for quality, keep materials organized, and notice when something isn't right.
5. Clean & Organized
Because we manufacture food products, cleanliness is extremely important.
You'll be expected to keep your workstation, equipment, tools, and surrounding production area clean and organized throughout the day and help with routine production cleaning.
Typical Responsibilities
Your day may include demolding gummies, bagging and packaging finished product, inspecting gummies for quality, moving trays and production materials, preparing the production line, cleaning and organizing work areas, and helping other team members wherever needed.
This is a physical production job where you'll be on your feet and working with your hands throughout most of the shift.
Pay & Schedule
$21–$25/hour depending on experience and capability
Monday–Saturday
8:00am–4:00pm
Full-time, consistent hours
