Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food from the kitchen to the correct table and guest with proper position numbers and descriptions.
- In the event the server is not present – Make sure all guests have what they need before leaving the table.
- Confirm accuracy and presentation of each dish before leaving the kitchen.
- Communicate special instructions, dietary needs, or modifications clearly and discreetly.
- Support servers by monitoring guest needs and maintaining awareness of table flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line, delivery trays, and service stations.
- Assist with silverware rollups, resetting tables, and other sidework as needed.
