What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accountant position at Craftzing?
In this role, you ensure the smooth running of our accounting processes across multiple entities, contributing to accurate reporting, strong financial control and a setup that can scale with our growth. You’ll work closely with our Senior Accountant and collaborate with controlling to translate numbers into meaningful insights for the business.

What You’ll Do
- You contribute to the monthly closing process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across our entities.
- You process and review accounting entries (AP, AR, GL) and ensure everything is recorded correctly and consistently.
- You support reconciliations and help identify, investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- You assist in intercompany reconciliations across multiple entities within Craftzing.
- You process and follow up on factoring.
- You think along on how to improve accounting processes and systems, helping us make finance more efficient and scalable.
- You work closely with controlling to translate financial data into meaningful insights for the business.
- You also get the opportunity to be involved in integrations and the further professionalization of our finance setup.
- Someone who takes ownership of their work and enjoys improving how things work
- 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting
- A strong foundation in accounting and closing processes
- Detail-oriented, with a good sense of the bigger picture
- A proactive and critical mindset
- Comfortable investigating when things don’t add up
- Comfortable working in an environment that is still evolving
- Experience with Exact, Moss or Productive
- Experience in a multi-entity environment
