What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent & Events officer position at Craftzing?
As Talent & Events officer, you are at the operational core of our People Team. You do not work for one domain, but across three: Learning & Development, the support of our CoE Leads and our internal events. In practice, you are often the person who keeps the overview when others are in the details. You see what is needed before anyone asks, you make sure processes run without people having to think about them and you make initiatives visible across the organization through the right channels at the right moment.
Communication is not an afterthought for you. It is a tool. And it shows in everything you do.
What you'll do
Learning & Development
Who you are
You have 2 to 5 years of experience in an operational or coordination role, whether that is in people ops, L&D, event management or internal communications. You are someone who feels at home in a world of schedules and overviews, but who also understands that behind every process there are people you need to bring along.
Why you'll love working here
You will join a team of people who genuinely care about how they work together and what they build as a result. We create sustainable digital platforms for organizations like Telenet, Digitaal Vlaanderen, itsme®, BNP, Ahold Delhaize, Mediafin, Melexis and TP Vision. But how we get there matters just as much as the outcome.
At Craftzing, the focus is never on one-off deliveries, but on collaboration that leads somewhere. Teams come together around shared goals and build something that keeps growing over time. This is how we create impact that lasts, both for our clients and for the people who work on it.
There is trust, autonomy and space to shape your work. What matters most is mindset: going beyond execution and actively thinking along about how people, learning and culture at Craftzing keep getting better. If this resonates, we would love to hear from you.
