What You’ll Do
- Act as the link between client stakeholders and our digital delivery teams, ensuring clear collaboration and alignment.
- Gather and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and research, turning them into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze and improve existing workflows, and design future processes that guide platform, app, or service development.
- Translate business objectives into actionable roadmaps, KPIs, and prioritized backlogs.
- You translate business strategies into clear, unambiguous business requirements.
- Support solution validation and user acceptance testing, ensuring deliverables meet expectations.
- Use data and insights to inform recommendations and help clients make evidence-based decisions.
- You’re an analytical thinker who brings clarity to complexity.
- You bring hands-on experience in business analysis, especially in digital environments.
- You know how to translate high-level objectives into actionable plans.
- You quickly immerse yourself in a specific industry, grasping sector-specific challenges and nuances.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and able to engage both business leaders and technical teams.
- Comfortable facilitating workshops and guiding decision-making processes.
- You’re organized, pragmatic, and creatively solve problems.
- English and Dutch fluency is essential; French is a welcome plus.
