Rapidly Growing National Franchise -- CPR Cell Phone Repair -- (800 stores) is recruiting for a full time or part time (20-40 hours / week) cell phone & computer repair / customer service / sales technician -- Candidates must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills along with a love of technology, gadgets and an interest in and ability to repair them in a positive work environment. Job Title: Device Repair / Customer Service Technician
Job Summary: Diagnose and perform repairs on electronic devices, primarily smart phones, computers, tablets, laptops and gaming systems. Your role will be BOTH device repair and customer service / sales -- This position also includes daily tasks such as greeting customers as they enter the store, answering phone calls, email inquiries, and discussing customer repair needs. We strive to offer "best in class" customer service to our clients and assist all other employees in making Myrtle Beach CPR the best it can be. We are looking for a positive team member, able to interact with customers and employees professionally and pleasantly.
Miscellaneous:
- Starting hourly pay rate of $15-$20 / based on experience and qualifications.
- Part of your training will be to become Apple and Samsung certified
- Must be able to work flexible, varied hours
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs. Must have transportation.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspection, testing, and repair of smart phones, computers, tablets and other mobile devices.
- Selling accessories and devices and solving customer needs.
- Check customers in and out of the point of sale system; properly document all repairs in POS system.
- Accurately document repairs and parts information on repair tracking documents / work orders and in point of sale computer tracking system.
- Perform high quality repairs and refurbishment of electronic devices: phones/tablets/laptops/gaming systems, etc.
- Open and close store as scheduled by manager, which may at times involve staying beyond scheduled shift.
- Maintain inventory parts with each repair and participate in regular inventories of spare parts.
- Follow store/established procedures and provide input for continuous process improvement.
- Interact with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain the store and assigned workspaces in clean and serviceable condition.
- Cover front counter checking customers in and out, performing device checks.
Qualifications and Skills
