Job Type: Full-Time (32–39 hours/week)

About the Role

We’re hiring a Sales & Customer Service Associate who will be the friendly face customers see when they walk in, and the person who helps them find the best solution: whether it’s a case, a screen protector, or a great deal on a pre-owned device.
While you’ll be trained in basic repairs, this role is primarily focused on sales, customer interaction, and online marketing, especially posting and managing listings on Facebook Marketplace, and placing and receiving calls to update customers on repair statuses/give repair quotes/schedule appointments.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers in-store and over the phone
- Set up appointments for customers for repairs
- Promote and sell accessories, pre-owned phones, tablets, and computers
- Guide customers on whether to repair or replace their device
- Post and manage sales listings on Facebook Marketplace
- Search and negotiate purchases for resale
- Track sales and inventory using POS systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
- Assist with maintaining inventory, keeping the store stocked on accessories and pre-owned devices for sale
What We’re Looking For
- Strong sales mindset with solid customer service skills
- Experience with, or willing to learn using Facebook Marketplace or other resale platforms
- Friendly, reliable, and great with communication
- Flexible availability including some weekends and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Retail, electronics, or phone sales experience
- Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, and accessories
- Background in tech, repairs, or general troubleshooting
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic inventory tracking
