Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Project Manager is expected to be able to :

  • U tilize Project Management Institute (PMI) standards and best practices in the program and project management activities under this PWS to include management and oversight for all phases of the program/project lifecycle: Schedule, Financial, Quality, Resource, Communications, Change and Configuration, and Risk.
  • Provide project management and oversight duties to accomplish the administrative, managerial, logistical, integration and financial aspects of the Tech Refresh program and projects .
  • P erform functions that assist the government in management of the IT Portfolio, IT Investment Management and Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) process and assist in strategic planning and coordination with external stakeholders and over-seers.

  • Shall perform functions for the government in management of the IT Portfolio, IT Investment Management and Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) process and strategic planning and coordination with external stakeholders and over-seers.
  • D evelop standard operation procedures and documentation to streamline future support.
  • K eep the government apprised of all risks associated with a project related to time, scope, and cost.
  • T rack and provide project standings, status, implementation efforts, closeouts, and schedules to include but not limited to a minimum of 250 sites.
  • Provide process improvements and recommendations for past and current projects and elements.
  • Provide staffing to adequately cover projects to include but not limited to at least 250 sites, CCMD and non - CCMD elements.
  • C omplete a quality assurance analysis documentation provided to the Government.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Top Secret Clearance with a CI Poly
  • Minimum of 10 years in project management experience.
  • Must h ave a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification .
  • Must have relevant experience working in IC organizations.

Overview

We are seeking a Project Manage r to join our Task Order proposal on the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III). The Project Manage r is expected to be able to perform program/project management and oversight duties to accomplish the administrative, managerial, logistical, integration and financial aspects of the Tech Refresh program and supporting projects. The Project Manager will serve as the primary contact point for all programmatic issues/concerns/status.

  • Amount of Travel: 20%

WAGE INFORMATION

Target salary range: $125,000.00-157,000.00. T he salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
