As a Health Informatics Analyst, you will . . .
Work with the Health Informatics Team Lead and Manager to conduct analyses on health plan submitted data integrating various sources including performance measure results from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, claims and encounter data from Covered California’s Healthcare Evidence Initiative, and demographic data from the California Healthcare Eligibility, Enrollment, and Retention System. Use standardized intake methodology and monitoring systems to support timely health plan data submissions that impact major health plan accountability programs. Support efforts and procedures to structure the data in efficient and useable formats.
This position is headquartered in Sacramento County. Business travel may be required, and reimbursement considers an employee’s designated headquarters office subject to regulations and bargaining unit contract provisions. Travel expenses associated with commuting to the employee’s office headquarters location are not reimbursable, other than authorized transit subsidies.
Salary:
- RDA II $6,647.00 - $8,573.00 per Month
- RDA I $4,469.00 - $7,130.00 per Month

Qualifications We’re Looking For:
- Ability to undertake multiple priorities/projects and execute each effectively.
- Experience with data analytics, including data reporting, data investigation and dashboards.
- Capacity to communicate compelling results of the analysis to decision-makers through data visualizations, writing, and presentations.
