We’re looking for motivated, goal-driven individuals to join our dynamic call center team. With an uncapped commission structure, top performers in this role have the ability to earn between $40,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on individual performance.

Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective customers who have inquired about extended vehicle or home service contracts
- Qualify customer interest and connect them with our sales representatives
- Answer inbound calls generated from TV commercials, radio ads, and social media channels
- Work in a fast-paced, professional, supportive, and fun call center environment
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales activity targets
- Handle objections professionally and work to convert leads into opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service while representing CoverageX in a professional and friendly manner
- Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, supportive, and engaging call center environment
- Prior experience in a call center or sales is a plus.
- Ability to commute or relocate to Clearwater, FL 33762 before starting work (required).

- All applicants are required to successfully complete a background screening and receive approval in accordance with company policy prior to employment.
- Base Pay: $18.00 per hour Commission
- Bonus opportunities
- Expected Annual Pay: $40,000 - $70,000 per year
- TEAM 1: Full-time, 9:00am - 6:00pm, (40 hours per week)
- TEAM 2: Full-time 9:45am - 6:15pm, (37-39 hours per week)
