Automotive Warranty Claims Analyst

We are adding an Automotive Warranty Claims Analyst to our team in Clearwater, FL. This team is responsible for helping customers navigate warranty claims, coordinating with repair facilities, and upholding our level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via inbound calls, guiding them through their vehicle service contract claims
• Review repair requests, verify coverage, and authorize repairs in accordance with contract terms
• Coordinate with repair facilities to confirm work details, costs, and timelines
• Resolve discrepancies and communicate solutions with professionalism and clarity
• Maintain accurate, well-documented claim records throughout the process
• Leverage your automotive expertise to support both customers and team members
• Drive claims forward efficiently while ensuring an exceptional customer experience
  
  

Additional Information

• Starting pay is $22 an hour.
• Regularly required to type and look at a computer screen for long periods
• Able to work during the hours of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday-Friday
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated expertise in automotive service, repair, and mechanical diagnostics
• Proven experience in automotive service, repair, or warranty claims (Service Advisor background preferred)
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written
• Thorough understanding of vehicle repair processes with the ability to guide customers confidently through coverage and claim details
• Ability to process claims accurately and explain warranty or contract terms clearly and professionally
• Strong attention to detail and sharp problem-solving abilities
• Composure under pressure and effectiveness in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Collaborative approach with a genuine commitment to teamwork
