Position Details
- Location: 100% onsite in Bedford, TX
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Compensation: $21–$25 per hour benefits
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple roles and departments
- Draft and post clear, engaging job descriptions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and execute hiring strategies
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Track recruiting activity and analyze metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, etc.)
- Oversee background and reference checks
- Support onboarding to ensure successful new hire integration
- Filling roles quickly and efficiently
- Building and maintaining a strong, consistent candidate pipeline
- Meeting hiring targets in a performance-driven environment
- Contributing directly to the company’s growth through effective hiring

- Experience in recruiting, staffing, or high-volume hiring preferred
- Experience recruiting for call center, sales, customer service, or similar roles is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles at once
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of hiring goals
- Experience using job boards, ATS systems, and sourcing tools preferred
