We're looking for a skilled Residential Construction Carpenter to join our team of respectful, detail-oriented professionals crafting high-end custom homes across Essex County and Greater Boston.

What You'll Do

• Frame walls, roofs, and openings with accuracy and intention
• Cut and install plywood, trim doors and windows, and complete finish work
• Interpret drawings and elevations, turning plans into tangible results
• Uphold Covenant's safety standards on every site
• Collaborate respectfully with supervisors, coworkers, and clients
• Mentor apprentices and helpers with patience and professionalism
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and well-organized job site

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience in residential carpentry (framing through finish)
• Ability to read construction drawings and plan ahead
• Proficiency with tools, safety gear, and best practices
• Clear, respectful communication and a professional demeanor
• Reliability, humility, and a desire to keep improving
• Valid driver's license and transportation to job sites
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work at height when needed
