Position Summary: We are seeking skilled Carpenters to join our team.
What You'll Do:
- Perform framing, siding, interior trim, cabinetry, and other carpentry tasks
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
- Work closely with lead carpenters and project managers to meet deadlines
- Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and code requirements
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work site
- Assist in mentoring laborers and apprentices as needed
What We're Looking For:
- 3 or more years of carpentry experience in residential construction
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required)
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
Compensation & Benefits:
- Full-time, W-2 employee position
- Pay range: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour, based on experience
- Benefits: health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan
