What You'll Do
- Frame walls, roofs, and openings with accuracy and intention
- Cut and install plywood, trim doors and windows, and complete finish work
- Interpret drawings and elevations, turning plans into tangible results
- Uphold Covenant's safety standards on every site
- Collaborate respectfully with supervisors, coworkers, and clients
- Mentor apprentices and helpers with patience and professionalism
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and well-organized job site
- Hands-on experience in residential carpentry (framing through finish)
- Ability to read construction drawings and plan ahead
- Proficiency with tools, safety gear, and best practices
- Clear, respectful communication and a professional demeanor
- Reliability, humility, and a desire to keep improving
- Valid driver's license and transportation to job sites
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work at height when needed
- $25 to $33 per hour, depending on experience
- Full-time, year-round position with consistent project flow
- 401(k) with 4% company match after 6 months
